Privacy Policy

This page is a basic summary pending CrossCountry Mortgage compliance review. CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC’s official privacy notice governs any loan application.

What we collect

When you RSVP, request a conversation, request a Loan Estimate comparison or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, brokerage (for Realtors), and anything you add in notes. We also receive basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

Loan Estimate uploads

If you upload a Loan Estimate for a comparison, the file is stored in a private, access-controlled storage area that is never publicly readable. Only Austin can open it, through short-lived secure links. It is used only to prepare your comparison and follow up with you about it, is never sold or shared with Realtors or other third parties, and is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after you upload it (sooner if you ask). Your contact details and request are kept so Austin can follow up.

How we use it

To respond to you, confirm events and classes, follow up about your home financing questions, and improve this site. With your consent we may contact you by phone, text or email. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help run this site (such as our hosting and database providers) and as required by law or by CrossCountry Mortgage policy.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us to update or delete your information.
